Winnie Ouko is a Director of Lattice Consulting Limited, a Kenyan corporate finance, project finance and strategy advisory firm. Winnie is co-founder of this consultancy, which has developed a list of prestigious clients in the region.

Winnie is a strong leader, increasingly sought after as a strategy consultant. She is also a gifted trainer, with experience in leadership and executive training in finance and strategy and financial modeling. Winnie has gained work experience in Kenya, the USA, Canada, Tanzania, Uganda, Nigeria and South Africa.

In addition to leading the team at Lattice, Winnie has worked with First Africa Capital (Nairobi), handling corporate finance transactions across Africa, at Standard & Poor’s carrying out credit ratings on major insurance companies in North America, with some coverage of Asian and Canadian companies, and as an auditor at Price Waterhouse.

She holds an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management as well as a B Comm. (Hons) from the University of Nairobi. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (Kenya).

Winnie has more than 15 years’ experience in areas of corporate finance and project finance, due diligence reviews and training and seven years in strategy facilitation. Her industry experience includes banking, insurance, telecoms, food processing, entertainment and manufacturing.
